Over the weeks, something magical happened. My body started to change. Sure, I wasn’t exactly turning heads at the beach (mainly because it’s landlocked Denver, but you get the point), but I could actually see my toes when I looked down!
The trainers at Core Progression worked their magic, turning my sad excuse for a workout routine into something that actually produced results. Who knew that lifting heavy things and putting them back down could be so effective?
